Spending time in Stockholm 🇸🇪 last week I finally sensed an AI urgency in the Swedish real estate market.

Timing ⏱️ is everything, especially when introducing disruptive software or AI agents into a new geography in old fashioned real estate and construction. I was around for .com and learned the lesson 🤷‍♀️ Disruption is not just about being different. It’s about showing up exactly when people realize they need different.

Too early❓The market is not ready and our money is leaking out
Too late❓We are missing out on revenue and growth and might suddenly be playing catch-up in a crowded space

In CONSIGLI we decided to go 🇬🇧 first when we scaled beyond our home market in Norway 🇳🇴 end of 2022. Our product perform technically very well in any region, and cost of entry is highly corrolated with openness to automation replacing good friends and the safety of “as is” to become more competitive.

Plenty of “self declared” advisors 🥸 told us to go to Sweden 🇸🇪 first as it is close to our hearts, but we knew it would be hard to get everyone in the management group of Swedish real estate companies to agree on going AI agent instead of their long lasting friends at the consultancy corporates. -and in Sweden everyone has to agree before you get the contract.

We sensed no cultural urgency and knew that it did not matter if our tech was working or not. Timing was off for the Autonomous Engineer in 🇸🇪 then.

In London 🎡 we found strong business mindset and finance people involved in making decisions 📈. Disrupting some of the engineer´s work was not totally out of the question and we quickly became a part of the industry.

Since, we have entered USA, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong and others, all highly business driven markets. We have waited and listened to markets where engineers are in charge of making the decision to hire the Autonomous Engineer. Meaning; disrupt engineers and their digital tools, with an AI agent. Think Germany and the likes.

Right now we sense a growing urgency for change and increased maturity towards utilizing AI to survive in business in most markets 🏃‍➡️ 🏃‍♀️‍➡️ 🏃‍♂️‍➡️
The Autonomous Engineer goes global.

Curious to hear from you;
What signs do you look for when deciding it is time to enter a new market?
