When I can 15x my own output by using AI instead of hiring for every single task, it is not just about cost. It reduces the entire admin and communication layer that comes with scaling a team. For repeatable tasks, it is a no-brainer.

That said — I am convinced humans are irreplaceable when it comes to solving complex problems. I see it every day: when smart people collaborate, we go further, faster.
